At one point, Cyborg uses what looks like holograms to disguise as his alternate self in order to infiltrate the Hall of Justice, similarly to what does in the Teen Titans episode "Deception".
In addition to that, Cyborg calls Deathstroke by his real name and has his "Boo-Yah!" catchphrase.
When Cyborg forced to side with Alternate Deathstroke he says "You will follow my lead." a line Aqualad had in Young Justice, and his voice briefly softens to sound like his Aqualad voice.
